I’m Sarah Mark, a Colorado-licensed Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator and a Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed in Colorado and California.
I believe in your innate ability to heal. This happens in relationships: to ourselves, to others, to our community, and to nature. I work to support people in reconnecting with parts of themselves that have been silenced, shamed, ignored, or forgotten. I use natural medicines, EMDR, somatic, and IFS-informed approaches to therapy as well as skill-building strategies.

Individual Psychotherapy
Online or in-person, this is for individuals to process and develop healthy coping strategies and resolve symptoms related to mental health. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly, with individualized treatment plans.
Private Pay | 55 mins | $150
I am in-network with several insurance plans in both California and Colorado, including Aetna, Cigna, and Select Health Colorado. Coverage and cost will depend on your individual plan.
Psilocybin Supported Therapy
Psychedelic preparation and integration services are individualized, and treatment plans vary according to your needs. A minimum of 2 sessions for safety screening and preparation are required. One integration session is always free and a part of your treatment.
I offer preparation and integration virtually or in person at my office space in Denver. For the administration session (the journey), I work with 2 fully licensed, legal healing centers- one is in Denver, and the other in Manitou Springs. We can decide together which location would be best for you.
My fee structure is as follows:
Basic Journey package: Includes two preparation sessions (60 minutes each), the full-day journey, and one free integration session (60 minutes). There is never any fee for the medicine itself. This fee covers the cost associated with rental space at a licensed healing center in Colorado. A free 60-minute integration session is always included, and this package includes one additional 60-minute integration session.
Cost: $2,333
Those who can pay the full fee allow me to offer Supported Pricing: For those who cannot engage in a journey at full fee, I will, whenever possible, offer reduced-rate packages or small group experiences. All the same services, centers, and medicine are included; please reach out if this is something you'd like to discuss.
Ongoing integration is offered as a package at an additional cost, or I can help you find low/no cost integration options.

Small Group Journeys
Psychedelic group journeys offer a way to deepen our healing in community.
Groups are offered based on interest, so if you would like to participate, please reach out and get on the list to be notified of upcoming group experiences. I can honor this package price for privately scheduled group journeys as well. If you are interested in booking your own private group journey, please reach out.
Group Package: Includes one individual screening call (typically 60 minutes), a group preparation session (1 hour), the group administration session (~ 1 hour to arrive, ground, and prepare; ~ 4 hours in the medicine experience; ~ 1 hour to gently return, decompress, and process; 6 hours total), and one free group integration session.
Cost: $1,333
